DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Broker or similar reinsurance experience
- Understanding of reinsurance contracts and structures
- Catastrophe modelling process and output interpretation
- Actuarial analyses: level rates, loss trend, development factors
- Experience managing and analyzing large client datasets
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 13 years' experience in a broker or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Deep understanding of reinsurance contracts and AM Best methodology
- Strong familiarity with catastrophe modelling and actuarial outputs
- Proven analytical skills and experience managing large client datasets
