JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own P&L, pricing and product strategy for Personal Auto, Home, and Umbrella in assigned states
- Set rate levels, class segmentation, and deploy pricing/product changes
- Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Marketing, Sales, and IT
- Hybrid/remote arrangement; local hires expected in-office Tue–Thu
- Ideal for senior product leaders with P&C pricing knowledge and strong Excel skills
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C insurance experience
- Product or P&L management experience
- Personal lines (auto, homeowners, umbrella) experience
- Familiarity with actuarial pricing and loss development concepts
- Knowledge of state regulatory filings and local marketplaces
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years P&C insurance industry experience
- At least 2 years in Product or P&L management
- Strong understanding of personal lines products and distribution channels
- Familiarity with actuarial pricing concepts: indications, loss development, credibility
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ThoughtSpot required
