HIGHLIGHTS

Director-level P&C product role for Personal Insurance (auto, homeowners, umbrella) responsible for state P&L, pricing, and product strategy for Colorado, Nebraska, and New Mexico. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Own P&L, pricing and product strategy for Personal Auto, Home, and Umbrella in assigned states
  • Set rate levels, class segmentation, and deploy pricing/product changes
  • Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Marketing, Sales, and IT
  • Hybrid/remote arrangement; local hires expected in-office Tue–Thu
  • Ideal for senior product leaders with P&C pricing knowledge and strong Excel skills

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • P&C insurance experience
  • Product or P&L management experience
  • Personal lines (auto, homeowners, umbrella) experience
  • Familiarity with actuarial pricing and loss development concepts
  • Knowledge of state regulatory filings and local marketplaces

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years P&C insurance industry experience
  • At least 2 years in Product or P&L management
  • Strong understanding of personal lines products and distribution channels
  • Familiarity with actuarial pricing concepts: indications, loss development, credibility
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ThoughtSpot required
