JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead personal-lines loss cost development and ratemaking
- Deliver ISO loss cost filings and experience review analyses
- Mentor and manage analysts across the US and Poland
- Use SQL/R/Python and BI tools to build analytics and dashboards
- Hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ headquarters
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Personal lines P&C pricing experience
- Experience with ISO loss cost filings and loss cost development
- Insurance data management and actuarial practices
- Familiarity with Verisk/ISO core business and data repositories
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of P&C insurance experience concentrated in personal lines
- Successful completion of 3+ CAS exams
- Familiarity with ISO/Verisk core business and loss cost filings
- Working knowledge of SQL, R, Python, and BI tools
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring teams
