  • Serve as project lead and manage/mentor junior colleagues
  • Remote role (company hybrid policy) requiring 6+ years' pharmacy experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • large group pharmacy benefit plan design and management
  • pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation experience
  • PBM pricing models and adjudication/reconciliation logic
  • RFPs, renewals and vendor contract negotiation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans
  • Experience in consulting, brokerage, PBM or carrier environments
  • Bachelor's degree required with quantitative coursework
  • State Life & Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Employment-based visa sponsorship not offered
