- Advise clients on PBM contracts, adjudication, reconciliation and financial guarantees
- Serve as project lead and mentor junior pharmacy financial colleagues
- Use Excel and PowerPoint for modelling and client deliverables

DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- design/management of large-group pharmacy benefit plans
- pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation
- PBM pricing models and adjudication/reconciliation logic
- review and negotiation of pharmacy vendor contracts and guarantees
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years designing/managing large-group pharmacy benefit plans in consulting, brokerage, PBM or carrier
- Bachelor’s degree required with quantitative coursework
- Strong financial skills; pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation experience preferred
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong client communication
