JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Perform pharmacy pricing, financial analyses and model updates for large-group plans
  • Develop client presentations, review pharmacy contracts and evaluate vendor proposals
  • Lead projects and coordinate delivery against budgets, timelines and quality standards
  • Prepare and present client deliverables; support development of new financial models
  • Hybrid/flexible working based in Chicago; eligible for annual short-term incentive bonus

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans
  • pharmacy pricing
  • underwriting or valuation work
  • RFP development and vendor contract review

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years designing/managing large-group pharmacy benefit plans
  • Bachelor's degree required with quantitative coursework
  • Strong financial skills; pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation experience preferred
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Employment-based visa sponsorship is not offered
