You will perform pricing and financial analyses, update models, manage RFPs and present client deliverables. Senior, client-facing consulting role based in Chicago with flexible/hybrid working (job posted as Remote).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price and model large-group pharmacy benefit programs
- Perform financial analyses, cost-savings projections, and update pricing models
- Lead projects and manage deliverables for clients and prospects
- Prepare client presentations and review/advise on pharmacy contracts
- Hybrid/flexible working with majority hybrid-style expectations
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans
- Pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation experience
- RFP design and pharmacy contract review/negotiation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years designing/managing large-group pharmacy benefit plans
- Experience in consulting, brokerage, PBM or carrier environments
- Bachelor's degree required with quantitative coursework
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
