Role Summary

Associate-level P&C predictive modeling actuary supporting personal lines (auto/home) pricing. You will develop, validate, and document predictive models, collaborate with pricing/managing actuaries, and work on-site in West Des Moines, IA (hybrid, 3+ days/week). Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of actuarial or predictive modeling experience.

Key Requirements

1–3 years of actuarial or predictive modeling experience required
Strong skills with SQL and R required
Experience with Emblem or other predictive modeling software required
Local to Des Moines area or willing to relocate; 3+ days in office weekly
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
