Role Summary

Senior P&C casualty pricing role supporting excess casualty and primary general liability across US and Bermuda platforms. You will build and scale rating and pricing models, price large accounts, and partner closely with underwriting and data & analytics teams. Role reports to the Head of Casualty Pricing and is flexible on location (NYC or remote).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price excess casualty and primary general liability portfolios
- Build, maintain, and scale rating and pricing models
- Partner with underwriters on large-account pricing and portfolio monitoring
- Work with Data, Analytics & Technology using SQL and R or Python
- Flexible location with occasional travel; reports to Head of Casualty Pricing
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Long tail commercial lines pricing
- Primary or excess casualty pricing
- Commercial auto and general liability risk experience
- Large account pricing and portfolio monitoring
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of actuarial pricing experience
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) required
- Primary or excess casualty pricing experience, incl. commercial auto and GL
- Proficiency with SQL and R or Python
- Experience in large-account pricing and portfolio segmentation
