HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C pricing actuary role supporting Liberty Mutual's North America Majors accounts in Boston. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Provide account-level pricing support for casualty lines (Auto, GL, Workers Comp)
  • Perform complex actuarial analyses and quarterly profitability reviews
  • Partner with underwriting, reserving, pricing modeling and technology teams
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues and peer-review work products
  • Based in Boston; role open at Senior Actuarial Analyst or Actuary level

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Account-level pricing for casualty lines
  • Experience with Auto, General Liability and Workers Compensation
  • Quarterly profitability analysis and segment monitoring
  • Collaborating with reserving teams on reserve deep dives

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
  • 3–5 years required for Senior Actuarial Analyst; 5–7 years for Actuary
  • Associateship/Fellowship in CAS or SOA preferred (ACAS/FCAS/FSA)
  • Advanced computing skills including Excel and SAS
  • Strong data manipulation and communication skills
