JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support US Middle Market Underwriting with pricing analyses and strategy
- Prepare actuarial research, complex reports, and present findings to leaders
- Build and maintain actuarial tools; manipulate and analyze data with SAS/Excel
- Senior-level individual contributor with mentoring responsibilities
- Location: Weatogue, CT; typical salary range $120,000–$225,000
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- US Middle Market underwriting experience
- Actuarial pricing and analysis experience
- Experience communicating actuarial findings to business leaders
- Advanced Excel and SAS experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5–7 years of relevant actuarial experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Advanced computing skills including MS Excel and SAS
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting underwriting, product, and actuarial stakeholders
