Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C pricing manager (based in New York) responsible for technical pricing, admitted rate filings and portfolio optimisation across commercial lines including BOP, Cyber and E&O. Reports to the Head of Pricing and Analytics and leads pricing model methodology, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead technical pricing models and admitted rate filings for US commercial P&C products
Drive portfolio optimisation and KPI development to support strategic decisions
Partner with underwriting, claims, product and IT on pricing tools and implementations
Role based in New York, reporting to Head of Pricing and Analytics
Advanced Excel (VBA) and SQL required; Python or R desirable

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Admitted and E&S pricing experience
P&C (BOP), Cyber and E&O line experience
US admitted rate filings and regulatory knowledge
Experience partnering with underwriters and senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel (VBA) and SQL skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) required
Demonstrable admitted and E&S pricing experience in commercial P&C
Strong knowledge of US admitted rate filings and regulatory requirements
Advanced Excel (VBA) and SQL skills required
Proven experience partnering with underwriters and senior stakeholders
