JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead strategy and execution for actuarial talent programs (exams, interns, rotations)
- Partner with Chief Insurance Actuary and HR on skills, development, and succession
- Manage continuing education, APDP exam progress tracking, and mentoring programs
- Serve as primary liaison to actuarial committees and enterprise talent initiatives
- Remote position; occasional travel to Humana offices
DOMAIN EXPERTISE

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years actuarial or actuarial talent management experience
