Product Manager role supporting commercial lines product development at a P&C mutual insurer in New Holland, PA. You will own product solutions, support pricing and rate filings, draft endorsements, and coordinate Actuarial, Underwriting and Marketing to drive profitability. The role requires strong technical knowledge of coverages, rates, rules and forms and frequent travel to regional offices.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop and manage commercial lines product solutions and profitability initiatives
- Support pricing, coverage analysis and preparation of materials for rate filings
- Draft proprietary endorsements and participate in regular rate reviews
- Collaborate across Actuarial, Underwriting and Marketing to implement product changes
- Based in New Holland, PA with travel to PA, OH and SD offices
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Technical knowledge of coverages, rates, rules, and forms
- Ability to analyze and articulate complex coverage matters and rating processes
- Draft proprietary endorsements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- CPCU and/or industry or role-specific certifications required
