P&C Product Manager for Personal Lines responsible for state-level product strategy, rate reviews, pricing and financial planning. You will analyze product performance, influence underwriting and distribution partners, and manage up to two direct reports. Role is based in the US (could be filled in any lower 48 state) and focuses on pricing, product development and profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own state-level personal lines product strategy and multi-year financial plans
- Perform rate reviews, pricing analysis and monitor product profitability
- Partner with underwriting, distribution and pricing teams to influence execution
- Manage up to two direct reports and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Communicate product, pricing and financial results to leadership and partners
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Commercial/personal lines product and pricing architecture
- State insurance regulations familiarity
- Underwriting or product management experience
- Financial and trend analysis of insurance products
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience analyzing product performance, pricing and profitability
- Knowledge of commercial/personal lines products, state regulations and underwriting
- Ability to lead projects and manage direct reports
- Proficiency with analytical tools, relational databases and query languages
