JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

- Translate regulatory and actuarial needs into technical features and product backlog
- Guide Agile teams through sprint planning, testing, and deployment
- Senior role requiring 8+ years product management and insurance finance experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Insurance finance processes including premium billing and claims reserving
- Actuarial feeds and actuarial applications integration
- Investment accounting and ledger systems
- Reinsurance settlements and related finance flows
- Experience with ERP and insurance platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Guidewire, AXIS)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years focused on finance technology in the insurance sector
- 2+ years deep domain knowledge of insurance finance processes (premium billing, claims reserving, actuarial feeds)
- Experience with ERP and insurance systems e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Guidewire, Moody's AXIS
- Bachelor's degree required
