JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own product vision and multi-year roadmap for finance systems supporting Actuarial and FP&A
- Lead transformation for policy accounting, investment ledgers, and GAAP/STAT reporting
- Translate regulatory and actuarial requirements into technical features and stories
- Guide Agile teams through sprints, testing, and deployments for finance platforms
- High-visibility senior IC role requiring 5+ years in insurance finance technology
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Premium billing process knowledge
- Claims reserving process knowledge
- Actuarial feeds and actuarial applications integration
- Investment accounting and ledger systems
- ERP and insurance system experience (Oracle, SAP, Guidewire, AXIS)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years product management experience focused on finance technology in insurance
- 1+ years domain knowledge of premium billing, claims reserving, actuarial feeds
- Experience with ERP/insurance platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Guidewire, AXIS)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, large-scale technology programs
