P&C product analyst supporting Chubb's Recreational Marine personal lines from Whitehouse Station, NJ. You will support countrywide pricing plan development, predictive analytics, quote optimization and CAT model work, partnering with underwriting, actuarial and product teams. The role is an individual-contributor analyst position focused on product enhancements, regulatory support and post-implementation analysis.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support development and rollout of countrywide pricing plans for recreational marine
- Perform predictive analytics, quote optimization and post-implementation analysis
- Partner with Underwriting, Actuarial, CAT Management and Product teams
- Work with Excel (PowerPivot, Data Model), Power BI and GIS tools
- Individual contributor managing low-to-moderate complexity projects
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Personal lines experience
- Recreational marine product knowledge
- Product analytics or pricing experience
- Familiarity with catastrophe modelling
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in quantitative field
- 2+ years of relevant personal lines or analytics experience (2–4 years preferred)
- Strong Excel skills including PowerPivot and Data Model
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
