JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage and oversee actuaries and support staff for MA/PDP risk assessment
- Support Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan bid filings and CMS audits
- Drive process improvements for compliant bid filings and risk mitigation
- Remote role based in the United States
- Requires ASA or FSA and 5+ years of technical actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medicare Advantage bid filings and CMS guidance interpretation
- Participation in CMS audits and reviews related to Medicare bids
- Risk assessment and mitigation for Medicare Advantage and PDP
- Technical actuarial experience in health actuarial practice
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of technical actuarial experience
- ASA or FSA credential required
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan bid filings
- Strong communication skills
