JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform quarterly reserve and profit share analyses across multiple lines
- Build and maintain reserve triangles, exhibits, and monitoring dashboards
- Partner with Claims, Finance, Underwriting, and Engineering teams
- Requires 4+ years P&C reserving experience and progress toward ACAS/FCAS
- Remote-first US role with home office stipend and WeWork access
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C reserving experience
- Loss reserve and profit share analyses
- Working with large datasets and ETL
- Presenting technical results to actuarial and non-actuarial audiences
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of P&C actuarial experience with direct reserving exposure
- Progress toward ACAS/FCAS through multiple actuarial exams
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required
- Strong Excel skills for building and maintaining actuarial models
- Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python for working with large datasets
