JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Senior retirement actuarial consultant focused on pension funding and accounting
- Manage routine and complex client projects and act as project manager
- Client-facing role supporting Finance and HR contacts to advise on pension plans
- Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX (also can be Houston or Atlanta)
- Requires SOA qualification (ASA/FSA) and 7+ years retirement actuarial experience

- Retirement and benefits actuarial consulting
- ERISA funding rules
- US GAAP pension accounting standards
- Managing client relationships and consulting engagements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of retirement/benefits actuarial experience
- Qualification with SOA (ASA or FSA) and/or Enrolled Actuary required
- Experience with ERISA funding rules and US GAAP pension accounting
- Proven client consulting and project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, or related field
