This is a senior leadership role in Aon's Core Retirement practice, based in Washington DC or Baltimore MD. The Local Practice Leader is responsible for profitably growing the retirement business, managing and developing a local team, and driving client retention and new business acquisition. Requires ASA or FSA credentials and 12-15 years of retirement or pension experience.
