Director-level P&C capital modelling role focused on Bermuda BSCR and group regulatory capital across Group, US and Bermuda. You will own capital modelling, BSCR reviews, stress testing and governance, working with Risk, Actuarial, Finance and Investments. Senior role based in Warren, NJ (also open to Bermuda, New York, London, Dublin).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead BSCR and Bermuda regulatory capital reviews across Group and US entities
- Maintain and enhance BSCR calculation tools using Excel and actuarial software
- Deliver capital impact assessments, stress tests and optimisation advice
- Collaborate with Risk, Actuarial, Finance and Investments stakeholders
- Director-level role open to Bermuda, New York, London, Dublin or Warren, NJ
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Bermuda BSCR capital calculations
- P&C (re)insurance actuarial practice
- ORSA and enterprise risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with Solvency II, US RBC and ICS
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of actuarial experience in P&C (re)insurance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Hands-on experience with regulatory capital frameworks and ORSA
