JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform quarterly homeowners reserve analyses using traditional and non-traditional methods
- Produce rate indications and assess homeowners profitability to inform pricing decisions
- Partner with Product and Claims to diagnose business drivers and improve forecasts
- Use SQL (required) and Python; ResQ experience preferred
- Senior analyst role based in Boston supporting the @Home homeowners product
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property and casualty actuarial experience
- Homeowners reserving and reserve analyses
- Rate indications and homeowners pricing
- Loss ratio forecasting and segment deep dives
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of property and casualty actuarial experience
- Proficient in SQL
- Strong analytical and communication skills to explain complex analyses
