JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing and research for commercial lines within the Programs group
- Develop pricing methodology, rate indications, and state filing materials
- Build and maintain data visualization dashboards to monitor agreed changes
- Work closely with Underwriting, IT and Compliance in a hybrid NY/Southington role
- Advanced coding in R, Python, SQL and SAS; strong Excel skills expected

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Three to five years of actuarial experience
- Actively pursuing actuarial exams
- Advanced proficiency in R, Python, SQL and SAS
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with commercial lines pricing and rate development
