HIGHLIGHTS

Senior health actuarial/data analyst role supporting value-based MSK care. You will build actuarial models for total cost of care, risk adjustment, and value-based contract projections, develop predictive models, and own dashboards. Remote role supporting payer proposals and reconciliations, reporting to the SVP of Data and Technology.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Build actuarial models estimating total cost of care and risk adjustment
Develop predictive models and identify high-risk populations
Own dashboards tracking cost, utilization, access, and outcomes
Partner with sales/contracting on payer proposals and reconciliations

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Healthcare claims data and risk adjustment experience
Value-based care analytics and shared savings program support
Medicare Advantage performance analysis
Population health or care management contract analytics

KEY REQUIREMENTS

5–7 years of experience in data analytics, actuarial analysis, or healthcare modeling
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for extraction and modeling
Experience with healthcare claims data, HCC risk adjustment, or value-based analytics
Experience with shared savings or Medicare Advantage performance analysis
