You will build actuarial models for total cost of care, risk adjustment, and value-based contract projections, develop predictive models, and own dashboards. Remote role supporting payer proposals and reconciliations, reporting to the SVP of Data and Technology.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Build actuarial models estimating total cost of care and risk adjustment
- Develop predictive models and identify high-risk populations
- Own dashboards tracking cost, utilization, access, and outcomes
- Partner with sales/contracting on payer proposals and reconciliations
- Remote role reporting to SVP, Data and Technology
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Healthcare claims data and risk adjustment experience
- Value-based care analytics and shared savings program support
- Medicare Advantage performance analysis
- Population health or care management contract analytics
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, actuarial analysis, or healthcare modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for extraction and modeling
- Experience with healthcare claims data, HCC risk adjustment, or value-based analytics
- Experience with shared savings or Medicare Advantage performance analysis
