JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop actuarial models for Medicare network curation and bid optimization
- Build strategic analytics tools and dashboards to support decision-making
- Communicate findings to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Hybrid role — 3 days/week in Hartford, CT office (Tue–Thu)
- Requires 2 SOA exams passed and 1+ years healthcare actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medicare or healthcare actuarial experience
- Actuarial modeling for bid optimization and network curation
- Strong Excel and programming in VBA, Python, or R
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2 SOA exams passed
- 1+ years of actuarial experience in healthcare or related setting
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, math, or related field required
- Strong Excel and programming skills (VBA, Python, or R)
- Must be able to work out of the Hartford, CT office
