JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Build and maintain analytical and pricing models for medical and pharmacy plans
  • Analyze cost drivers, prepare projections, and quantify plan or network changes
  • Partner with Account Management, Benefit Advisors, and clinical specialists
  • Mentor actuarial analysts and support the Director of Actuarial Services
  • Hybrid role – minimum 3 days in office (Raleigh, NC)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Healthcare actuarial experience
  • Experience analyzing medical and pharmacy plan costs

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of actuarial experience with a healthcare or insurance focus
  • Completion of at least 4 SOA exam requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, or related field required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and common data management apps
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
