JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead reserving analyses and maintain loss development triangles for all lines
- Drive loss development factors, pattern reviews, and annual assumption reviews
- Prepare financial statements, SOX documentation, and regulatory reporting
- Build and refurbish tools; develop AI capabilities to improve processes
- Hybrid role based in Morristown, NJ office; senior-level individual contributor
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial reserving experience
- Loss development triangle coordination
- Monitoring and developing loss development factors
- Financial reporting and SOX control experience
- Programming knowledge such as VBA or SQL
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of actuarial experience
- Proven reserving experience working with loss development triangles
- Experience preparing financial statements and maintaining SOX controls
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills
