Senior health-plan actuarial analyst in Rockledge, FL supporting pricing, filings, reserving (IBNR), and underwriting/group services. You’ll build and maintain financial and rating models, support state/federal rate filings, and act as an SME for at least one discipline. Position requires strong Excel skills, SQL familiarity, and passed actuarial exams.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support pricing, state/federal rate filings, and large-group underwriting in a health plan
- Develop and maintain financial models and reserve (IBNR) calculations in Excel
- Act as SME and provide lead responsibilities in Filing, Financial, Group Services, or Underwriting
- Requires passing three actuarial exams and minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Onsite role in Rockledge, FL; full-time, 8:00am–5:00pm shift
DOMAIN EXPERTISE

- knowledge of managed care regulations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- BS/BA in Mathematics or Actuarial Science required
- Minimum 3.4 GPA in college or university required
- Passed three actuarial exams
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in filing, financial, product, group services, or underwriting support
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
