HIGHLIGHTS

Senior health actuarial pricing role focused on ACA Individual & Family Plan pricing across multiple U.S. markets. You will develop and maintain pricing models (morbidity, utilization, risk adjustment, CSR, reinsurance), run scenario and sensitivity testing, and support regulatory filings and financial reporting. This is a remote role (U.S. only) with occasional local in-office requirements for certain locations.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Develop and maintain ACA Individual & Family Plan pricing models
  • Analyze market, enrollment, and claims experience across states
  • Support annual rate development, scenario testing, and filings
  • Use SQL and VBA for large dataset manipulation and automation
  • Remote role (U.S.); local hires in Minneapolis/DC require office time

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Health insurance pricing, forecasting, or risk analysis
  • ACA Individual & Family Plan pricing

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics or related
  • Progress toward actuarial designation with 2+ SOA exams passed
  • 2+ years of actuarial work experience
  • Experience in health insurance pricing, forecasting, or risk analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL and VBA; intermediate Excel actuarial models
