JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Support quarterly planning and monthly monitoring of personal auto loss ratios and topline
  • Build and maintain forecasting tools and dashboards using SAS, SQL, Snowflake, VBA, PowerBI
  • Perform claim volume forecasting, variance analysis, and ad-hoc deep dives
  • Communicate technical analyses to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Senior individual contributor with mentorship responsibilities (3–5 years experience)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Personal auto planning and monitoring
  • Loss ratio and topline forecasting
  • Claim volume forecasting
  • Actuarial techniques and standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3–5 years relevant actuarial/analytics experience
  • Passing grades on a minimum of 5 Casualty Actuarial Society exams
  • Strong SAS, SQL, Snowflake, VBA, and PowerBI skills
  • Experience with auto loss ratio/topline forecasting and monitoring
  • Ability to present technical results clearly to senior leadership
