JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Build and maintain actuarial forecasting models for Medicare Advantage SNPs
- Project revenue and cost drivers and analyze utilization and cost data
- Communicate results to internal stakeholders to inform financial decisions
- Remote role (U.S.-based); Minneapolis/DC hires require 4 days/week in office
- Required: 2+ actuarial exams passed and 2+ years actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial modeling and forecasting for Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans
- Quantitative analysis of utilization and cost data
- Experience producing actuarial and financial model results for management
- Intermediate+ Excel and SQL for data analysis
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of actuarial experience
- On the actuarial exam track with 2+ exams passed
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Finance or related
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with Excel and SQL
- Authorization to work in the U.S. not explicitly specified
