JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Build and maintain actuarial forecasting models for Medicare Advantage SNPs
  • Project revenue and cost drivers and analyze utilization and cost data
  • Communicate results to internal stakeholders to inform financial decisions
  • Remote role (U.S.-based); Minneapolis/DC hires require 4 days/week in office
  • Required: 2+ actuarial exams passed and 2+ years actuarial experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial modeling and forecasting for Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans
  • Quantitative analysis of utilization and cost data
  • Experience producing actuarial and financial model results for management
  • Intermediate+ Excel and SQL for data analysis

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of actuarial experience
  • On the actuarial exam track with 2+ exams passed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Finance or related
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency with Excel and SQL
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. not explicitly specified
