JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Own forecasting, reserving and trend analytics for health-related products
  • Develop and maintain non-standard actuarial models and analytical frameworks
  • Perform complex data extraction and automation using SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel
  • Remote role (U.S. only); Minneapolis/DC hires must be onsite 4 days/week
  • Ideal for senior analysts with 2+ years' experience and 2+ exams passed

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial or relevant analytical experience (2+ years)
  • Forecasting, reserving, and trend analytics
  • Complex data extraction and validation using SQL or SAS
  • Advanced Excel modelling and reporting
  • Experience building and automating data extraction workflows

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related
  • 2+ years of actuarial or relevant analytical experience
  • Progress toward actuarial credentials (typically 2+ exams passed)
  • Advanced Excel and ability to build models and automate reporting
  • Intermediate SQL and/or VBA skills for data extraction and processes
