JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own forecasting, reserving and trend analytics for health-related products
- Develop and maintain non-standard actuarial models and analytical frameworks
- Perform complex data extraction and automation using SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel
- Remote role (U.S. only); Minneapolis/DC hires must be onsite 4 days/week
- Ideal for senior analysts with 2+ years' experience and 2+ exams passed
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial or relevant analytical experience (2+ years)
- Forecasting, reserving, and trend analytics
- Complex data extraction and validation using SQL or SAS
- Advanced Excel modelling and reporting
- Experience building and automating data extraction workflows
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related
- 2+ years of actuarial or relevant analytical experience
- Progress toward actuarial credentials (typically 2+ exams passed)
- Advanced Excel and ability to build models and automate reporting
- Intermediate SQL and/or VBA skills for data extraction and processes
