Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C reserving role supporting AIG's Workers Compensation portfolio. You will analyze loss and loss expense reserves, support quarterly IBNR and financial/regulatory close, and partner with pricing, claims and data teams. Role is senior-level and based primarily in office across several US cities (e.g. NYC, Parsippany, Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Boston).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead reserving analysis and document adequacy of loss and loss expense reserves
Support quarterly IBNR process and quarter-close financial and regulatory reporting
Work on Workers Compensation within Commercial Casualty lines
Collaborate with pricing, claims, finance and data teams to improve processes
Primarily in-office role across listed US locations; senior individual contributor

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

commercial casualty pricing and/or reserving
workers compensation reserving experience
quarterly IBNR and regulatory/financial reporting

KEY REQUIREMENTS

BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (required)
3+ years experience in commercial casualty pricing and/or reserving
Proficiency in Excel and SQL (required)
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
