JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Support Errors & Omissions and Directors & Officers pricing for a specialty P&C portfolio
  • Monitor portfolio metrics and update rating parameters and pricing tools
  • Run profitability analyses and return-on-capital assessments for new programs
  • Partner with underwriting, finance, claims, and reserve committee stakeholders
  • Hybrid role based in Chicago; title depends on experience and exam progress

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • E&O and D&O pricing
  • P&C pricing or reserving experience
  • Building and maintaining pricing tools
  • Loss ratio planning and premium budgeting

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required (Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics preferred)
  • 5+ years pricing and/or reserving experience in Property & Casualty
  • Proven ability to communicate analytical results to business partners
  • High proficiency with Excel and MS Office; Power BI/Alteryx experience preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; company cannot sponsor visas
