JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial projects and serve as strategic advisor to healthcare clients
- Develop scalable financial models and predictive analytics for medical and stop-loss
- Mentor and develop less experienced actuaries and help build practice infrastructure
- Work with healthcare data sources (claims, encounters, labs, EMR) using SQL and R
- Senior role requiring FSA or ASA and 15+ years of healthcare actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 15+ years of healthcare actuarial experience
- Knowledge of medical, pharmacy, and stop loss markets
- Experience with healthcare data sources (claims, encounters, labs, EMR)
- Project, client, and financial management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
KEY REQUIREMENTS
