  • Senior role (ASA/FSA) with 6–10+ years of employee benefits consulting experience

  • reserve calculations and certifying actuarial results

  • 6–10+ years in employee benefits or health actuarial consulting
  • Experience advising large employers (5,000+ employees) on plan design
  • Deep benefits financial modeling experience (rate setting, forecasting)
