JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

- Advise on plan design, pricing/funding, reserves, and stop-loss strategy
- Conduct benchmarking, forecasting, scenario modeling, and reserve calculations
- Client-facing role with prospecting and C-suite presentations; travel required
- Senior role (ASA/FSA) with 6–10+ years of employee benefits consulting experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or FSA credential required
- 6–10+ years in employee benefits or health actuarial consulting
- Experience advising large employers (5,000+ employees) on plan design
- Deep benefits financial modeling experience (rate setting, forecasting)
- Proficiency with advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
