As a Senior Consultant in the Corporate practice within Risk and Analytics, you will work on and assist project teams focused on developing and delivering reserve studies, pricing/funding analyses and captive consulting activities for our healthcare and corporate clients. You will be responsible for data preparation as well as producing and analyzing initial results. You will work closely with a variety of senior colleagues who will help you increase your knowledge and sharpen your actuarial skills - all while providing a blend of client facing skills as well. You will play a role in supporting our marketing efforts and the growth of this practice area. As a project manager, you will bring order and process to the client teams with whom you work, and you will serve as a resource to analysts as you help them build their technical expertise. As part of our Corporate practice, you will be mentored by more senior colleagues with deep relevant experience.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to varied and interesting projects such as:

• Self-Insurance and Captives - Pricing/funding analyses, valuation of liabilities, captive feasibility, and risk retention optimization
• Predictive Modeling - Development and application of advanced predictive modeling techniques to help clients improve loss experience and enhance overall business performance
• Analysis of Loyalty rewards programs for various industries

  • Delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations
