Senior Health actuarial consulting role in Optum Insight’s Government Programs Actuarial practice, remote across the U.S. You'll support Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicaid and ACA clients through pricing, forecasting, risk adjustment analytics, financial modelling and strategic advisory work. The role is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with four office days required for Minneapolis-based hires.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ completed actuarial examinations and active participation on the actuarial exam track
- 3+ years of actuarial experience
- Demonstrated experience building and interpreting actuarial models and financial analyses
Strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading projects or providing work direction to team members
- Consulting experience supporting external clients
- Experience with Medicare Bid submissions or Medicaid rate review
- ASA or FSA designation
