DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medicare Advantage experience
  • Medical expense forecasting and trend development
  • Working in payer, provider, or value-based care environments
  • Developing actuarial models using large healthcare datasets
  • Executive-level medical cost forecast delivery

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of healthcare actuarial experience with leadership responsibility
  • Credentialed Actuary required (ASA or FSA)
  • Significant Medicare Advantage medical expense forecasting experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and tools like SQL, SAS, R, Python, VBA
  • Proven executive communication and stakeholder partnership skills
