JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Senior P&C actuary for an excess & surplus (E&S) carrier in Richmond, VA
- Lead pricing, reserving, catastrophe and reinsurance analyses
- Apply predictive modelling and machine learning to pricing algorithms
- Mentor junior staff and perform technical actuarial reviews
- Requires 6+ years experience; FCAS preferred; strong SQL and Excel valued

- Reinsurance analyses experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years experience in an actuarial or similar role
- Prior P&C insurance experience with strong actuarial knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
