JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing analysis and GLM modeling for retail and wholesale travel products
  • Develop actuarial memos, exhibits and 50-state regulatory filings
  • Own end-to-end actuarial projects from scoping to documentation
  • Perform rate indications, experience studies, and profitability monitoring
  • Hybrid role (company tags #LI-Hybrid); remote work capability across US states

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • travel insurance pricing and filings
  • GLM-based pricing and modeling
  • 50-state regulatory filings including CA and NY
  • experience studies and rate indications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • ASA or ACAS designation required
  • Approximately 7+ years' actuarial experience in A&H, P&C, or related lines
  • Strong GLM expertise and model interpretation skills
  • Hands-on Python, R, Emblem, Excel/VBA, and SQL experience
  • Proven experience managing large multi-state pricing and filing projects
