JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead experience analysis and profitability reviews for employer stop-loss
Develop rating plans, support state rate filings and respond to objections
Perform monthly reserve reviews and prepare reserve change recommendations
Use Excel, Access and programming (SQL, SAS, VBA) to maintain models and tools
Based in Eatontown, NJ or remote; requires 10+ years relevant experience and ASA

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Employer stop loss experience
Actuarial experience (7+ years preferred)
Rate filings and state regulatory requirements
Experience analysis and profitability reviews

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required)
Minimum of an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
Strong Excel and Access skills plus SQL, SAS or VBA programming
Experience with employer stop-loss, rate filings, and state regulatory requirements
Ability to travel 10%–20%
