Senior life actuarial role on Nationwide Financial's Enterprise Risk Management team. You will lead statutory capital reporting, forecasting and capital initiatives across NF product segments, support reserving and valuation work, and present results to senior leadership. This is a senior, strategic ERM position that can be performed remotely (US).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead quarterly statutory capital reporting and forecasting for Nationwide Financial
- Drive strategic capital initiatives, scenario updates, and reserving methodology changes
- Build and maintain projection, valuation and actuarial models
- Present capital results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Fully remote role; FSA designation expected
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Statutory capital reporting and forecasting
- Reserving methodology and valuation under statutory and GAAP
- Presenting capital results to senior leadership
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA designation required
- 8+ years of actuarial experience
