JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform GAAP quarter-end valuations for life insurance products
- Serve as GAAP subject-matter expert and communicate impacts to senior management
- Support audits and maintain governance, controls, and documentation
- Coach and develop teammates on valuation processes and outputs
- Role open in Newport Beach, CA; Omaha, NE; or Charlotte, NC
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- GAAP valuations for life insurance products
- Familiarity with US GAAP and Targeted Improvements
- Experience with FIS Prophet
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation required
- Experience performing GAAP valuations for life insurance products
- Subject-matter expertise in US GAAP impacts for life products
- Ability to manage quarter-end deliverables and resolve issues
