Senior life actuary role on Pacific Life's Enterprise Reinsurance team based in Newport Beach, CA (hybrid). You will lead structuring and execution of reinsurance transactions, own end-to-end reinsurance cash-flow modeling and quarterly reporting, and partner with underwriting, product, and senior management. FSA designation and 6+ years of actuarial experience required.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead analysis and execution of enterprise reinsurance arrangements from RFP to implementation
Own end-to-end modeling of reinsurance cash-flow projections and quarterly reporting
Partner with Underwriting, Product Design, and senior management on reinsurance strategy
Guide junior reinsurance actuarial modelers and data analysts
Hybrid role — four office days per week (Newport Beach, CA; relocation assistance available)
